CAR

From A596 (Carlisle – Workington), turn into Senhouse Street and follow to the end.  The museum is the last building on the left, just before the bridge across the River Ellen.

There is on-street disk parking outside the museum, free street parking approx. 100 yards opposite the museum and two large car parks within a short walk. 

 

TRAIN

Station is on the Northern Rail Carlisle - Barrow line.   On leaving the station, cross Mealpot Road and walk straight ahead along Station Street to the main road (Curzon Street).  Turn right and then second left into Senhouse Street.  Follow to the end and the museum is the last building on the left, just before the bridge across the River Ellen.

Bus stop outside or opposite Co-op store.  Walk towards pedestrian lights (before the main traffic lights at the crossroads). Senhouse Street is immediately on left.  Follow to the end and the museum is the last building on the left, just before the bridge across the River Ellen.
